As a Restoration Technician, you will perform production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work in physically demanding Texas conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused Texas attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate emergency restoration needs.
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and provide immediate assistance to clients.
Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.
Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.
Execute mold remediation and removal procedures.
Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during restoration projects.
Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently.
Maintain and organize restoration equipment and tools.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
