About The Position

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. The role includes cleaning indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, and parking garages, and keeping those areas clear of snow, ice, and debris. The Cleaner also conducts resident apartment cleaning checks to ensure apartments meet the property's designated standards. The position is classified as non-exempt and part-time, with compensation of $12.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in janitorial or cleaning work.
• Experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work standing shifts of 4–6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments.
• Maintain the community grounds and buildings to support exceptional curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork.
• Keep the clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and other common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Keep the property free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Maintain grass and landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
