About The Position

This part-time evening cleaning position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customer buildings and grounds. The role performs facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, maintains supplies and equipment, and may open or lock facilities and manage security systems as required. Various schedules and locations are available in Little Rock. On-the-job training is provided to candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role is with an independently owned and operated ServiceMaster Clean franchisee; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English.
Must have a clean background.
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, multitasked job.

Dependability and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform facility cleaning using provided products, tools, and procedures.
Vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean windows, and restock dispensers.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper personal protective equipment where required.
Open and lock facilities and enable or disable security systems as required.
Contribute to a positive work climate and overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and on time.
Treat coworkers and customers with respect and understanding.
