About The Position

This part-time position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customers’ buildings and grounds. The role involves cleaning facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures; maintaining supplies and equipment; and opening or securing facilities and operating security systems as required. Training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Various schedules and locations are available in Little Rock.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English.
Must have a clean background.
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked job.
Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn if relying on the provided on-the-job training.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper; not required.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school.

Responsibilities

Perform facility cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean windows, and restock dispensers.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
Open and lock facilities and enable or disable security systems as required.
Contribute to a positive work climate and team effort by being in uniform, dependable, and punctual.
Treat co-workers and customers with respect and understanding.
Perform other duties as needed.
