About The Position

This part-time evening position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customers’ buildings and grounds. The cleaner performs facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, maintains supplies and equipment, and follows required safety and security procedures. On-the-job training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Various schedules and locations are available in Benton.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have a clean background.

• Must be dependable and punctual.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean windows, and restock dispensers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper personal protective equipment where required.
• Open and lock facilities and enable or disable security systems as required.
• Contribute to a positive work climate and overall team effort by being in uniform, dependable, and punctual.
• Treat coworkers and customers with respect and understanding.
