About The Position
Imperial Cleaning is hiring a Cleaner to clean buildings and facilities in Bal Harbour, Florida. The role involves cleaning floors and surfaces, disinfecting fixtures and furnishings in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes, replenishing supplies, emptying waste and recycling, and handling approved customer requests. The cleaner is also expected to identify and report possible repairs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and clean surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and similar items in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, and similar areas.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
