About The Position
Imperial Cleaning is hiring a Cleaner for a day-shift role in Upper Midtown/Manhattan, NY. The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning buildings and facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes; replenishing supplies; removing waste and recyclables; handling approved customer requests; and reporting possible repairs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and clean surfaces in buildings and facilities.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other areas or items in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, and related surfaces.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
