About The Position
Imperial Cleaning is hiring a Cleaner to clean buildings and facilities in Bronx, NY. The role includes sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and fixtures in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes, replenishing supplies, and emptying trash and recycling. The Cleaner also wipes walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, and baseboards; handles additional approved customer requests; and identifies and reports possible repairs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The posting describes Imperial Cleaning as an independently owned cleaning company with more than 1,000 employees and over 25 years of service.

Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and clean surfaces in buildings and facilities.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other fixtures in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, and related surfaces.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
