About The Position

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on the overnight shift in Saskatoon, Canada. As an overnight Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities to the highest standards. Working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, you'll ensure that our spaces are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming for everyone who uses them. Requirements

Proven floor care experience, including the ability to scrub, buff, and polish floors
Demonstrated experience operating cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with supervisors, clients, and the general public
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality standards
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
Excellent time management and punctuality, with reliability for overnight shift work
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Basic knowledge of safety and health protocols related to cleaning operations
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures
Willingness to learn and adapt to facility-specific cleaning requirements
Security clearance may be required depending on facility type and client requirements

Responsibilities

Operate floor care equipment including scrubbing machines, buffers, and polishers to maintain all facility floors to premium standards
Clean and sanitize all areas including washrooms, common spaces, and designated work areas using appropriate cleaning products and techniques
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, and other consumables throughout the facility
Dust and clean all accessible surfaces including countertops, phone booths, lighting fixtures, window ledges, vents, and pillars
Perform spot cleaning and thorough washing of lobby floors and entrance areas as needed
Vacuum and maintain entrance mats in lobbies and high-traffic areas
Empty and replace garbage bins and dispose of waste according to facility protocols
Communicate effectively with supervisors and facility management regarding cleaning needs and any maintenance issues
Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and other overnight staff
Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a secure work environment
