About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities, maintaining a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace for employees, clients, and visitors. The position is temporary and part-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pay is $19.00 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. The role may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and handle waste according to company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
