About The Position

Clean Team, Inc. is hiring commercial cleaning team members in Twinsburg, Ohio: two part-time Evening Cleaners and one full-time Site Lead. Evening Cleaners work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Site Lead works Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Neither position requires weekend shifts. Paid training is provided. The employer is seeking dependable, motivated people who take pride in their work and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Nice To Haves

• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred for the Site Lead; experience is helpful but not required for Evening Cleaners.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Restock restroom supplies.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns and supply needs.
• Help coordinate daily cleaning assignments and priorities.
• Lead by example and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Support and guide cleaning team members.
• Monitor cleaning quality and address areas needing attention.
• Help train new employees.
• Track supply and equipment needs.
• Communicate staffing, maintenance, and operational concerns to management.
• Help ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction.
