About The Position

Clean Team, Inc. is hiring commercial cleaning team members in Twinsburg, Ohio, for two part-time evening cleaner openings and one full-time Site Lead opening. The work involves maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming commercial spaces. Both roles are scheduled Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. The part-time cleaners work 5:00 PM–9:00 PM; the full-time Site Lead works 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.

Part-Time Evening Cleaners clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas; sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust; empty trash; sanitize frequently touched surfaces; restock restroom supplies; and follow cleaning and safety procedures. Experience is helpful but not required, and paid training is provided.

The Full-Time Site Lead helps coordinate daily assignments and priorities, leads by example while performing cleaning as needed, supports and guides team members, monitors cleaning quality, helps train new employees, tracks supply and equipment needs, and communicates staffing, maintenance, and operational concerns to management. Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, and leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
