About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned national janitorial and maintenance company, is hiring an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner for a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can work independently, and is also a team player. Interstate emphasizes recognizing employee performance and promoting from within. The schedule is 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday, at $15.00 per hour. Duties may be modified or supplemented with other related assignments.

Requirements

• Able to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
