About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned national janitorial and maintenance company, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to work at a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to contribute as part of a team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Duties may include other work related to the position, and the job specification may be modified or amended.

Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
