Requirements

Entry-level position.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the team dress code policy.
Effectively and professionally communicate with residents and coworkers.
Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Wipe and dust surfaces and light fixtures, and gather and empty trash receptacles.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum clubhouse floors; clean the clubhouse kitchen, particularly the refrigerator and cupboards.
Clean facility laundry rooms and report broken screens, windows, or machinery to the direct supervisor.
Clean assigned vacant units to market-ready condition, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, and testing lights.
Identify items requiring repair and call third-party vendors when advised by management.
Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and concentrated cleaning agents in properly marked containers according to specifications.
Assist cross-functional departments with tasks as directed.
Report potential safety or compliance issues to management.
Execute job duties under stressful circumstances, including last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations.
