About The Position

Flightline Support Group LLC is hiring a part-time, hourly Cleaner at Orlando Airport. This labor-intensive role focuses on aircraft seat care, including manually removing and replacing fabric seat covers and deep cleaning leather seat covers. Covers must be stretched, pulled, and tugged repeatedly and forcefully to ensure a secure fit. The position works overnight from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. Applicants must be proficient in English, able to take direction from supervisory staff, and able to follow airline-specific seat-care guidelines. A safety-conscious approach and the ability to attain and maintain an airport security badge are required. Employees must be present for all scheduled shifts and meet workload productivity standards.

Requirements

Physically capable of performing the duties of this labor-intensive position.
Able to perform repetitive upper-body movements while pulling 50 pounds constantly and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to perform constant bending, handling/fingering, reaching, repetitive movement, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking, overhead pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to obtain an airport security badge during the hiring process and maintain an active badge without lapse for the duration of employment.

Nice To Haves

At least one full year of commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial, sanitation, or aircraft, boat, or vehicle detailing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manually remove and replace fabric aircraft seat covers.
Deep clean leather aircraft seat covers.
Stretch, pull, and tug seat covers repeatedly and forcefully to ensure a secure fit.
Clean the workspace after each service.
Use safe work methods.
Follow company policies and procedures and airline-specific seat-care guidelines.
Be present at work on all scheduled days and times to meet workload productivity standards.
Perform other related duties as requested.
