About The Position

The Cleaner Supervisor oversees accounts in an assigned area, ensuring services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner. This role involves meeting with customers, resolving issues, and performing quality control checks. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating cleaner schedules, interviewing and hiring cleaning staff, and providing necessary training. They also manage inventory of cleaning supplies and perform janitorial duties during staff shortages. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of various cleaning methods, and strong communication and customer service skills, including English proficiency.

Responsibilities
