As a heavy duty evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and the tasks. Cleaning of the entire office building and all areas, washrooms, kitchenettes, cafeteria, cubicles, meeting rooms and offices. Oversee stock and inventory, ensure all assignments and tickets and from client is completed. Assisting in the duties when short or to improve the area and training of staff.

Requirements

A great attitude!
Able to operate cleaning equipment and machine
Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general public
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to lift up to 25lbs
A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
Must be able to obtain a reliability security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)
Supervising Strip and wax crew experience preferred
Knowledge of our preferred vendors considered an asset (Ecolab, Tennant , Globe etc. )

Responsibilities

Assists with controlling budgeted hours for the assigned location.
Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to employees.
Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel
Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized.
Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
Responsible for inventory control .
