Cleaner Supervisor
About The Position
The Cleaner Supervisor oversees accounts in their assigned area, ensuring services meet established standards and are performed in a timely manner. This role involves meeting with customers, resolving issues, and performing quality control checks. The supervisor is also responsible for coordinating cleaner schedules, interviewing and hiring cleaning staff, and providing training. Additionally, they ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and may perform janitorial duties during staff shortages. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of various cleaning methods, and strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
