About The Position

ARDE Inc. is seeking a Clean Room Technician to assemble and inspect aerospace components in a controlled clean room environment. The role is on the 2nd shift team and follows a 9/80 schedule: employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and have every other Friday off.

The technician performs assembly and inspection tasks while following strict clean room protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions. They handle aerospace components carefully, conduct visual inspections, document completed work, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures. The candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
