About The Position

Under the general supervision of the fab manager or shift leadership, the Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician performs hands-on semiconductor processing in a cleanroom environment. The role supports production flow, yield, and quality by executing wafer processes within lithography, cleaning, bonding, and vacuum-based operations. This is a second-shift position, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Training will be on first shift, and occasional future retraining will also be required on first shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The role focuses on execution, flow, and schedule adherence rather than process development, with strong issue detection and escalation, effective operation with reduced engineering and support resources during off-hours, and accurate handoffs to the next shift.
