About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Flex Agent at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The role supports rental car customers throughout rental and occasional return processes, following company policies and procedures. Agents provide customer service, prepare rental documentation, answer customer questions, and help maintain clean, safe, and ready-to-rent vehicles. Training is provided, and no automotive experience is required. The position is based in Parma Heights, Ohio, and pays $19 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Customer service skills and prior customer service experience.
Must have a driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Must be able to scan for 8 hours.
Must be able to walk, bend, and twist for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Manage rental and occasional return processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Welcome customers professionally and provide a positive service experience.
Help ensure each customer receives a clean and safe vehicle.
Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
Contribute to teamwork and collaboration.
Use approved sales and service techniques to identify customer needs and offer optional products.
Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely.
Qualify customers according to company rental requirements.
Provide directions, maps, local-area information, and relevant service information.
Explain rental parameters, rates, and service charges to customers.
Ensure the rental agreement has an accurate return date and time.
Review charges when vehicles are returned.
Prepare rental agreement folders with all required information.
Answer customer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
Coordinate customers in the queue to reduce wait times and support efficient service.
Assist with car-wash duties, including cleaning, vacuuming, disinfecting, and refueling vehicles as needed.
