About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring an Airport Flex Agent to support rental car operations at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The role involves helping customers through rental and occasional return processes, providing customer service, and assisting with vehicle preparation. No automotive experience is required; training is provided. The position pays $19 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Customer service skills and prior customer service experience.
Must have a driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Must be able to scan for 8 hours.
Must be able to walk, bend, and twist for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service during rental and occasional return processes, following company policies and procedures.
Welcome customers and maintain a professional appearance, language, and behavior.
Ensure customers receive clean and safe vehicles; assist with washing, vacuuming, disinfecting, and refueling vehicles as needed.
Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them promptly.
Use approved sales and service techniques to identify customer needs and offer optional products.
Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely, including the Rental Agreement Folder.
Qualify customers according to rental requirements and explain rental terms, rates, and service charges.
Provide directions, maps, local information, and appropriate service information.
Ensure rental agreement return dates and times are accurate and review charges when vehicles are returned.
Answer customer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
Coordinate customers in the queue to reduce wait times and support efficient service.
Contribute to teamwork and collaboration.
