Learning Space Management (LSM) focuses on learning space excellence, managing the University’s classrooms and testing spaces. This includes academic scheduling, classroom design, instructional technology, and accommodated testing. The team works holistically to leverage opportunities and synergies within the team and with the broader University community to support the University’s mission. Tech2U is dedicated to providing the right technology to support teaching and learning. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to faculty, staff, and users of instructional technology in the University’s learning spaces. As the first point of contact for classroom technology support, the role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, including preventative maintenance and break/fix services. It also includes setting up, operating, and supporting audiovisual technologies such as projection systems, computers, microphones, audio mixers, cameras, video conferencing platforms, and presentation systems to ensure reliable technology for the University’s activities.
