This position is responsible for planning and implementing learning environments and experiences for children, ensuring developmental screenings and assessments are completed, and maintaining required documentation. The teacher will work with parents to address each child's needs and track progress, implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) or Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) for children with disabilities, and maintain communication with families regarding their child's development. The role also involves implementing health and safety policies, participating in meal programs, and using positive guidance strategies to promote positive behaviors. The teacher will also assist with center operations, attend staff meetings and trainings, and may be asked to support other teaching staff.
