Classroom Assistant Substitutes
About The Position
Thacher Montessori School is seeking warm, dependable classroom assistant substitutes to join our collaborative Montessori community just outside Boston. We offer a joyful, child-centered environment where staff are valued partners in supporting independence, curiosity, and growth. Hours range from 2 hours to cover lunch to all day. Minimum of three hours paid. Responsibilities include supporting classroom activities, preparing materials, assisting with student focus and conflict resolution, and helping maintain an organized learning environment. Positions follow the school-year calendar. AISNE- and AMS-accredited, Thacher has served families for over 50 years as a dynamic Montessori community.
