About The Position
This position is for Classroom Aides for the 2026-2027 School Year. It is a Support Staff role within the District. The posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Graduated from High School or possess an approved High School Equivalent Certificate.
- Completed at least 60 credits from an accredited college or university and acquisition of a NJ Substitute Certification, preferred.
- A NJ Qualifying Score of 456 or greater on The ParaPro Assessment, offered by ETS, in lieu of the 60 college credits, will be accepted.
- Candidates may register for the ParaPro via the ETS website at https://www.ets.org/parapro/test-takers/about.html.
Nice To Haves
- 60 College Credits is still our preferred criteria.
- Experience with ABA, PDD and Autism a plus.
