About The Position
Sage Connections, a woman- and therapist-owned company, is seeking a full-time W-2 School Psychologist to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for both experienced and new School Psychologists, offering support from a team that understands the profession. The position involves conducting psychoeducational and behavior evaluations, collaborating with school teams, participating in IEP meetings, delivering counseling, supporting MTSS/RTI processes, and consulting with staff and families, all while maintaining legal and ethical compliance.
Requirements
- Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Licensed School Psychologist in Idaho
- Pupil Service Staff Certificate
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and collaboration
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Collaborate with school teams to interpret assessment data and make informed decisions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and supports
- Deliver individual and group counseling as needed
- Support school-wide MTSS and RTI processes
- Consult with staff and families to improve student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
