About The Position

Anduril is seeking a Classified IT Asset & Procurement Administrator to manage IT assets across their full lifecycle throughout the enterprise. The role works with IT Systems Engineers to specify, order, and maintain accountability for assets across multiple sites. It also supports Corporate Technology teams and business lines with procurement guidance and delivery of end-user technology.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with asset or inventory tracking systems or tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux system imaging.
• Enterprise IT Asset Management or consulting background.
• Experience managing the QBR process with key vendors.

Responsibilities

• Research, select, order, and lifecycle manage IT hardware and software, including workstations, servers, network hardware, and appliances.
• Manage endpoint specifications, selection, and adoption across Anduril teams.
• Implement asset-tracking systems and Data Center Infrastructure Manager (DCIM) tools.
• Assist with imaging and configuration of systems and devices and their deployment to sites.
• Act as a point of contact for Corporate Technology teams, providing guidance and procurement assistance.
• Work with business lines to provide high-quality delivery of end-user technology.
• Track and ship hardware to remote sites as needed.
• Coordinate build-outs of new spaces with Facilities, Security, and Cybersecurity.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
