Class Experience Lead

About The Position

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience across Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. The role works with the Concierge Manager to help members find suitable classes and mentors class instructors and teachers. The Lead also oversees class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and appealing, helping create a positive experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of leadership or management experience.
National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver strong class experiences.
Manage class spaces to keep them clean, organized, and smelling right.
Connect with members by meeting weekly with the Concierge Manager, working at the front desk, and walking the café and workout floor.
Update class content on the club Facebook group.
