About The Position

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience across Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small-group offerings. The role requires knowledge of the class experiences and partnership with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class. The lead also mentors class instructors and teachers and oversees class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of leadership or management experience.
National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve the best experiences.
Manage class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and smell right.
Connect with members, including weekly coordination with the Concierge Manager, working at the front desk, and walking the café and workout floor.
Update class content on the club Facebook group.
