About The Position

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience across Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. The role requires knowledge of the class experiences and partnership with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class. The Class Experience Lead also mentors class instructors and teachers and oversees class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best experiences.
• Manage class spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and smell right.
• Connect with members weekly by partnering with the Concierge Manager, working at the front desk, and walking through the café and workout floor.
• Update class content on the club Facebook group.
