About The Position

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience across Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. The role requires knowledge of the different class experiences and partnership with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class. The Class Experience Lead also mentors class instructors and teachers and oversees class spaces to help ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver excellent experiences.
Manage class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and have an appropriate smell and appearance.
Build member connections through weekly coordination with the Concierge Manager, working at the front desk, and walking the café and workout floor.
Update class content on the club Facebook group.
