About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking a Local Class B Route Driver to join its safety-conscious team. The driver picks up waste oil and antifreeze from customer locations, including garages, automotive dealerships, quick-change oil companies, fleet maintenance facilities, bus companies, airports, and rental car companies. The role involves operating a Class B tanker on a local Monday-through-Friday route, with drivers home nightly. Compensation is hourly plus commission.

Requirements

• A minimum Class B CDL is required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to use a handheld device (ELD).
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous route experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safe work practices, policies, and processes, and act safely at all times.
• Operate a Class B tanker and make approximately 10–15 stops per day.
• Pump out tanks and drums using hoses and collect samples.
• Generate new leads at customer locations.
