About The Position

As a local CDL Class B route driver, you will deliver products to grocery stores to ensure they are available on store shelves. You will complete a planned local daily route, unload products, place them in store back rooms, collect proof of delivery, and use handheld technology to complete daily work. The role involves building relationships in stores, working effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment, complying with DOT rules and regulations, and performing truck inspections.

Requirements

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Ability to meet medical certification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the planned local daily route to meet service expectations.
• Unload products and place them in the store back room.
