About The Position

Trulite is hiring a Class B CDL Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up glass using Class B trucks. This high-touch position involves loading and unloading, planning delivery routes, and working in various weather conditions. The position is located at 100 Business Center Dr., Cheswick, PA 15024. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 5:00 a.m. start; drivers average three overnight stays per week. Pay is $25.65 per hour, and employees may participate in a monthly production incentive bonus program based on team performance. Benefits start on the first day.

Requirements

Class B CDL license.
At least one year of CDL driving experience after school.
Ability to pass a seven-year motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures.
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, web-based maps, or physical maps.
Ability to plan delivery routes.
Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
Ability to remain professional and courteous.

Responsibilities

Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pickup route for the day.
Load and unload the truck with glass scheduled for delivery.
Deliver glass to the correct addresses and obtain signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
Pick up glass along the scheduled route, including returns, company orders, and other requested items.
Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries.
Ensure the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to its maintenance schedule, and report larger service needs and mechanical issues to a supervisor.
Assist with general warehouse duties after completing the delivery route.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
