About The Position

Charlie's Produce is seeking qualified Class B Drivers to deliver produce to communities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This role offers the opportunity to spend your days on the road and nights at home. Requirements

• Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
• Valid Class B CDL and medical card Interstate qualification, registered
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a company road test

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
• Ensure professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
• Deliver palletized product to a dock or with a lift gate
• Perform all other duties as requested or assigned
