About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring a Class B CDL Route Driver in Burnsville, Minnesota. The driver delivers pet food and supplies using a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate on a dedicated route with multiple customer stops. The role includes unloading products with electric pallet jacks and/or two-wheel dollies, maneuvering and parking at tight delivery locations, transporting equipment to vendors and repair facilities, and delivering vendor-supplied products. Drivers complete daily logs and required documentation, protect company equipment, maintain required certifications, and contribute to a safety-first culture.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Availability for one overnight layover is required; a hotel is provided. Pay is $28.00 per hour plus a safety bonus. Full benefits begin after 90 days.

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL.
• At least 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, if applicable.
• Strong driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to handle physical delivery work, including loading and unloading products.
• Strong customer service and route delivery mindset.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
