About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring a Class B CDL Route Driver to deliver pet food and supplies in a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate. The role is based in Burnsville, Minnesota, and involves a dedicated route with multiple customer stops. Drivers may also transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities and deliver vendor-supplied products.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The driver must be available for one overnight layover; a hotel is provided. The position requires physical delivery work, safe operation and parking of the truck, completion of daily logs and other documentation, protection of company equipment, and maintenance of required certifications. Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL.
• At least 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, if applicable.
• Strong driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to perform physical delivery work, including loading and unloading products.
• Strong customer service skills and a route-delivery mindset.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pet food and supplies using a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate.
• Unload products using electric pallet jacks and/or two-wheel dollies.
• Operate a dedicated delivery route with multiple customer stops.
• Safely maneuver and park in tight delivery locations.
• Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities as needed.
• Deliver vendor-supplied products.
• Complete daily logs and required documentation.
• Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications.
• Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture.
