About The Position

Helget Gas Products is seeking a dedicated driver to make local deliveries safely and on time while providing strong customer service. The role involves inspecting the vehicle, loading and unloading products, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and following safety regulations. Drivers may also serve as backup for other drivers to support smooth operations. The position offers local routes with drivers home nightly and early morning and day shifts.

Requirements

• At least one year of CDL driving experience.
• Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them.
• High school education or equivalent, or at least 10 years of directly relevant experience.
• Ability to push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle before deliveries to ensure it is in proper condition.
• Load and unload products and track inventory accurately.
• Deliver products safely and promptly.
• Interact with customers and help meet their needs.
• Maintain precise records and follow safety regulations.
• Provide backup coverage for other drivers when needed.
