About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class B CDL Driver. This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and crews to and from job sites while assisting field teams as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1–3 years of commercial driving experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Experience hauling equipment or working in utility/construction environments is a plus
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn basic construction equipment
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs in compliance with DOT regulations
- Load, secure, and unload equipment such as drill augers/ rods, tooling, and construction materials
- Support crews with general labor tasks including site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA and DOT regulations
