About The Position

Wismettac is seeking a professional, safety-minded CDL Driver to be the face of the company. This role involves building relationships and ensuring high-quality products reach customers safely and on time. You will operate heavy-duty delivery trucks (averaging 26,000 lbs) on established routes, providing top-tier service to clients. The position includes occasional interstate and out-of-state deliveries, typically lasting 2-4 days with overnights at a hotel and a $50 per day per diem. The job offers a blend of driving and physical activity and opportunities for professional growth in FSMA food safety standards and logistics technology.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a solid driving record
• Ability to handle strenuous physical work, including lifting, pulling, pushing 50+ lbs
• Ability to maneuver in/out of the cab
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• A "safety-first" attitude
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends to beat the traffic and meet customer needs
• Comfortable using tablets for E-logs and reporting
• Pre-employment Drug testing is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer

Responsibilities
