About The Position

SouthernCarlson is hiring a full-time Class B Commercial Driver in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves safely inspecting, loading, transporting, and unloading merchandise at customer locations, while providing reliable and professional service to customers in the construction and industrial industries. The driver plans delivery routes, verifies orders against delivery manifests, communicates with dispatch and customers to address delivery issues, and maintains accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures. The position follows a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule. Pay is based on experience. Applicants must complete a background check and drug screening as a condition of any offer.

Requirements

Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no restrictions.
Experience operating vehicles over 26,000 lbs.
Experience with flatbed trucks, air brake systems, and manual transmissions.
Clean DMV record.
Ability to pass DOT background and drug screening.
Ability to lift 75–100 lbs as part of delivery responsibilities.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Forklift experience preferred.
