About The Position

Deliver beverages to grocery stores, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants across Montana. This is a local-route position covering retail accounts around the greater Billings area, with drivers returning home every night. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, with at least four 10-hour days; shifts, end times, and total hours may vary by season and delivery volume, and may sometimes exceed 10 hours.

Drivers operate a company truck, unload and move products to back rooms and sales floors, stock and rotate products, face shelves and coolers, and set up promotional displays. The role also involves building relationships with store managers and coordinating with other departments. Helpers, supervisors, and sales representatives provide daily support.

Requirements

• A solid driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds and move loads of up to 160 pounds with equipment.
• Ability to work in varying Montana weather conditions.
• Ability to work at least four 10-hour days Tuesday through Friday; shifts and total hours may vary and may sometimes exceed 10 hours.
• Ability to read reports and interpret documentation, and use computer, tablet, and office equipment.
• Ability to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts and remain aware of the environment while driving.

• Previous delivery experience; grocery, retail, or beverage experience is a plus.
