About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking a reliable, hands-on Class A Yard Jockey with a Class A license and experience maneuvering large trucks across the Easton, PA Plant, as well as loading and unloading trailers and trucks. This is a full-time, direct hire position with consistent work hours, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (5AM to 3PM), offering 40-50 hours per week. The role involves moving trailers and equipment, positioning trailers for loading/unloading, performing daily safety inspections, maintaining a clean yard, and communicating with teams for efficient operations. The company is a healthcare service provider focused on safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and healthcare customers.

Requirements

• Class A license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot trucks and trailers up to 53 foot
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck
• Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading
• Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations
• Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
• Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations
• Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’)
• Heavy lifting REQUIRED!!
