About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver with a Class A license and experience driving large trucks to join their team in Easton, PA. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations across NYC/NJ/PA, operating straight trucks/tractor trailers up to 53ft, and delivering a high level of customer service daily. This is a full-time permanent position with consistent work hours, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (5AM to 3PM), offering opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

Class A license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
Minimum 3 years experience operating straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53ft
Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
Proven longevity in past employment

Responsibilities

Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/PA
Operating straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53ft in a safe manner
Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!
