About The Position
Energy Petroleum is seeking professional CDL-A truck drivers for local routes in the Greater St. Louis area. Drivers return home daily and transport fuel from distribution centers to customer locations. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required before applying. This is a full-time position with weekly direct deposit, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for overtime.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Hazmat experience.
- At least 1 year of Tanker experience.
- At least 2 years of CDL-A experience.
- A Class A or Class B license is required.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required before applying.
Nice To Haves
- Hazmat Tanker certification is listed as preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load fuel onto the truck at the distribution center and unload it into the designated tanks at customer locations.
- Stick fuel tanks before and after offloading fuel.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
- Complete transportation paperwork and documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the truck.
