Lakin Tire East, a Liberty Tire Recycling company, is currently seeking a Class A Driver to run Drop and Hooks for our facility in West Haven, CT. We service depots located in Albany, NY, Lakewood, NJ, and Cherry Hill, NJ. This position is for the second shift, working Monday through Friday. The position is Monday through Friday, with some required Saturdays. The start time is flexible, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Requirements
- CDL Class A License required with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Must maintain a clean driving record that aligns with DOT standards.
- DOT physical and drug test required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience
Responsibilities
- Daily inspections of equipment per DOT regulations
- Able to work in different weather conditions.
- Attend Transportation Safety Meetings.
