Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for drop-and-hook freight consistency, customer route familiarity, and weekly home time that supports steady freight movement and practical scheduling throughout the week. You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support consistent freight movement throughout the week. Route planning is organized around customer freight needs and familiar regional lanes to help drivers maintain dependable scheduling. When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
