CDL-A Drop and Hook Driver

Rouse TruckingBirmingham, AL
Onsite

About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for drop and hook freight flow, dependable scheduling, and weekly home time designed to support steady freight movement and practical scheduling throughout the week. You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support consistent freight movement throughout the week. Dispatch planning is built around maintaining organized scheduling and steady route flow for drivers running regional freight lanes. When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
